Unveiling Our Share the Love Competition Prize – A Special Tribute
Thursday was a day with pride, joy, and a few rain showers!
“Sheila’s Pride”
Winner of our ‘Share The Love’ competition earlier in the year, David MacKay, decided to name our truck after his late grandmother, Sheila.
David and his mum Karen arrived and started with a bite to eat and chat in our boardroom with A&D managers and Kevin from Transport News. They were presented with certificates commemorating the special occasion.
Despite the wind and rain, nothing could dampen the spirits as the pair, joined by team members Pamela, Nicola, and Mark moved outside for the unveiling of Sheila’s Pride.
David and Karen cut the ribbon to reveal the newly liveried truck, proudly displaying the name. Everyone was beaming despite the elements!
We were delighted as always to have Transport News in attendance, covering the event for an upcoming publication.
Sheila’s Pride is now a moving tribute to David’s beloved grandmother and we’re excited to see her hit the road, spreading her message of love and remembrance across the UK.
